Da Yu Ling comes from an altitude of 7,800 ft or 2,400 m. It originates from Taichung, Taiwan, beside the heart of Alishan mountains. The high elevation allows the tea to grow slowly and develop a smooth yet rich flavor.
You'll be surprised at the subtle smoothness of it. Some even say it tastes like butter!
